ASGI products can be ordered either through our worldwide distribution channel, or directly from ASGI. If an ASGI reseller had introduced you to our products and or is a ASGI partner, please order directly from them.
Product return policy
ASGI does not accept any product returns. The reason for this policy is that you have the opportunity to fully test the product in advance and receive support on the product via email. If you are not sure of the product, download it first and test it out. Once you purchase the product and receive the registration number, the purchase is final.
To order an ASGI product:
- Fill in the online order form or send us your PO (Purchase Order). Currently, we can not extend any credit for the purchase.
- The PO must include your payment information. ASGI honors VISA, Master Card or American Express and payment by Wire Transfer. If you are located in the US or Canada you can also pay by company cheque or domestic wire transfer.
- You can either submit the order form via our secure web or print it out and fax it to us. The order forms can be faxed to: 1.440.838.1804
- When paying by bank transfer, you need to ensure that all charges for the transfer are paid for by your company. If paying by cheque, we will be able to process the order once it has been cleared. Please include a copy of our order form or a valid PO with your cheque.
